Janet Southall Connell grew up in Mobile AL. Her interest as of late has been about science and spirituality. She is an explorer.
This book is about extraordinary experiences that have led her to her present understanding of “how things work.” Her formal education consisted of a Bachelor’s degree in biology education, a Master’s degree in counselor education and master’s level work in biology from the University of South Alabama. She taught science mainly biology in the Mobile County Schools for thirty years in one capacity or another.
She currently resides in a small community across the bay from Mobile which she considers to be a little piece of heaven. Her immediate family consists of her brother and his family, and her remaining daughter, a son-in-law and two granddaughters. She had a musical background and singing in a community chorale for about 12 years.
She has painted with oils and watercolors. She enjoys the mentally challenging card game of bridge. She has just discovered that writing a book can be fun. She has thought of getting a dog, maybe one day.
In 2022 she now has her dog, Cherie Fifi a miniature poodle. Cherie is her loving constant companion.
